Upon completion of her Master of Land Economics and Real Estate degree at Texas A&M, Meredith joined NAI Austin in 2004 as a member of the Land Team.
Meredith has developed a thorough understanding of geographic information systems (GIS) mapping applications. She uses this technology often when performing site searches to develop detailed analyses of current and future development patterns, investment trends and geographic land characteristics in the Austin MSA. Meredith’s market knowledge and experience, combined with GIS technology, give her the ability to perform client site searches quickly and accurately.
Meredith represents developers, users and investors in locating, acquiring, marketing and selling office, industrial, retail and multi-family development sites as well as single-family development land.
