Kurt joined NAI Austin in 2000, as a member of its Land and Investment Team. Prior to that, he gained 28 years of commercial real estate experience in investment and land brokerage, commercial development, consulting and construction lending.

Well-known for his extensive knowledge, experience and success in the Central Texas land market, Kurt specializes in representing land owners, users, developers and investors in locating and acquiring, marketing and selling office, industrial, retail, commercial, multi-family and single-family development land.
