Before joining Austin in 1980, Jerry spent 12 years with the State of Texas economic development agency, where he was involved in corporate site and facility location and financing.

Jerry has gained the reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and successful industrial real estate professionals in Central Texas, especially along IH-35 from Temple to San Antonio. For 27 years, he has represented industrial property buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants throughout Central Texas in the location, acquisition, leasing and disposition of major industrial facilities as well as industrial and commercial sites. He has assisted either buyers or sellers in 23 industrial building and land purchase and sale transactions, totaling nearly 2 million square feet on 320 acres of land in 13 Central Texas cities.

Jerry also is involved with Central Texas chambers of commerce and participates actively in regional industrial recruitment and economic development activities. He has been instrumental in helping many companies relocate or expand in Central Texas and assisting them in locating and acquiring or leasing the facilities and land they need.
