Fred joined NAI Austin in 1983. He has been active in the commercial property appraisal and brokerage of land, development sites and income properties since 1971.

Although his real estate brokerage experience covers a wide cross-section of commercial sales, leasing, site and facility location and investment real estate, Fred focuses primarily on the investment/income property and urban raw land markets to provide acquisition and site location services to commercial and retail users and investors.

Fred’s client services encompass project acquisition/disposition and investment analysis as well as the full spectrum of services expected from a seasoned, competent real estate investment broker.
