Dean has seven years of experience in the Austin MSA commercial real estate market. He brings a blend of knowledge, experience and skill in assisting clients in buying and selling commercial buildings, as well as development and investment sites.
Prior to joining NAI Austin, Dean spent four years in the San Francisco area working as a commercial/residential leasing agent. Later, as a financial analyst for GE Capital Investor Advisors, he gained valuable experience in property valuation and cash flow analysis. As a senior analyst at Essex Properties Trust, a multi-family REIT, he acquired valuable experience in forecasting market rents and vacancy levels on a submarket level.
