David joined NAI Austin’s Industrial Team in 2007, with nine years of industrial real estate experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. David began his career working as project leasing specialist for the 1.4 million square foot Riverbend Business Park in Fort Worth, TX. By the time he moved to the Austin area, David had become a top performer, leasing in excess of 4 million square feet of industrial space and closing more than $55 million in industrial building and investment sales transactions.

David represents: 1) corporate tenants in locating, negotiating, acquiring and leasing/sub-leasing industrial space, industrial buildings and build-to-suit industrial facilities; (2) investors in locating and acquiring income-producing industrial building investments and industrial property investment portfolios; (3) building owners in marketing and selling industrial buildings, sites and building investment portfolios; and (4) building owners and landlords in marketing and leasing available industrial space.
